Application privacy notice

ENERGÍA uses this form to receive and review applications from people interested in joining the team. Contact us at info@energia-audiovisual.com with questions about your information.

Information you provide

We collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, city of residence, specialty, role of interest, personal values, your introduction, any files you choose to attach and how you heard about us. We use these details to review your application, contact you and understand how applicants find ENERGÍA.

Who can access your application

Only ENERGÍA’s principal accounts and people granted permission to manage the crew directory can view applications and update their review status. Copies of your application and attachments are stored in ENERGÍA’s Google Drive recruitment folder. Drive access follows the folder’s sharing settings, which allow access to people with its link. Applying does not create an account or give you access to the private workspace.

Storage and submission controls

The application runs on Vercel and stores your information in ENERGÍA’s private Neon database and backups. A folder in Google Drive holds a text copy of your responses and your attached files. Submission identifiers help prevent duplicate applications when you retry. Rate limits temporarily store an identifier derived from your connection; the application record does not contain your IP address.

Questions, corrections or deletion

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email info@energia-audiovisual.com. Applications and backups are retained for review and recovery and are not automatically deleted at the end of each month.
